recently ive been sing people grab say an iphone 12 stick 1tb storage and 16gb ram and usbc or a m1 macbook air and upgrade ram to 32gb and 8tb storage with soldering stuff im just curious if it was actually possible to find those parts

would it void my warranty?
is there a way apple could do it for me?
i guess would they be from scrap macs?

ram link
storage link

edit: where can i go to find mac accessories (im in australia)

Definitely not something Apple will do. “Void” warranty, maybe not, but I certainly wouldn’t try it on a brand-new Mac personally.

Just about any internal change you make on a Mac still under warranty is going to void the warranty.

What, specifically, do you want to change?
