Where do pre-configed MBP's ship from?

I ask this because i want a 15" MBP base model ASAP, my local apple store said that they are still being shipped to them and that they hope to have them by Friday.

So if this is the case i could wait and take a chance, or i could just order online now and hope it ships out tomorrow, but i'm concerned if they are comming from China, that it will take much longer than waiting until max monday at the apple store to pick one up...

i guess if they have a stockpile here in the states of the pre-configed they might ship from there?

Either direct from China or some may have already been shipped to Fremont, California.
