Where do the MBPs ship from?

Hey,

I was just wondering where the MBPs shipped from? Just a regular, off the shelf 15", not BTO. Do they come from China or somewhere in the US?

I know my iPhone came from Middletown, PA, as did my warranty replaced USB cable.

What is the shipping time usually like for Canadian deliveries?

They're made in China and shipped to the US. In the case of a BTO, they usually ship directly from China, unless Apple happens to have your configuration already stateside. In the case of non-BTO, it depends on what stock they in which locations and where the buyer is located.
