I know APple watch is supposed to take your heart rate once every 10 minutes

is there a place where that information is stored?

I've been looking all through "activity" and "health" apps and can't seem to find it.

Open health app - go to health data tab on bottom - vitals - heart rate - show all data

I think you have to add it to your Dashboard, and then it'll show up?

In the Health App on the phone, go to Health Data > Vitals > Heart Rate and Enable "Show on Dashboard". That's how mine is displaying, anyway.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to differentiate between "active" and "resting" heart rates, giving me the very alarming average of 92bpm. Considering my actual resting heart rate is between 50 and 55 (as confirmed by the Watch when I am at rest), I think this is a bit of an oversight. It does show both upper and lower extremes, at least.
