Where does ITunes put the IPhone OS software downloads?

I downloaded 3.0.1 yesterday, but am opting not to install (to preserve my jb settings until 3.1 comes out). Anyone know where ITunes/Windows puts the download so I can just delete it?

I'm on XP (you didn't say if you were PC or Mac) and it is hidden here:

C:\Documents and Settings\"User"\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

"User" was Steve for me but will obviously be different for others.

c:\Users\"User"\App Data\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates

OS X:
"User">Library>iTunes>iPod Software update

Protip: you need to enable view hidden folders to be able to see app data in folder options
