Where does the file go? I just downloaded a song off of iTunes, and I want to use the album art as my background.

The image file is embedded in the song file, as far as I know.

To convert album artwork to a different format, drag the artwork from iTunes onto your Desktop, right click and open with GraphicConverter X, go File > Save a Copy as, and choose JPEG, GIF, etc. as your format.

Just note that the resolution is, well, abysmal. And, yes, it's in the song files themselves.
