Where Does One View/Delete iCloud Backups?

I'm on a 7 Plus and I can restore from three previous backups. I have never hooked up this iPhone, physically, to iTunes. When I log into my iCloud I can't seem to find or see and backups.

Where might I look to view/delete these old backups?
