Where Exactly is the "Reserve" Button?

A friend of mine is moving from tmobile (hes out of contract) to ATT. Hes looking to reserve an iphone 5 for next day pick up but he seems to be having trouble finding the reserve button. He told me that he went to the iphone 5 page but all he sees is a "buy now" button, which leads him only to order and receive via shipping. I told him to check at 10 cause thats when it starts and he said he still couldn't find the reserve button. any idea on exactly how a person reserves the phone for pick up?

You have to go through the cart process. Once it's in the cart there are two radio buttons, the bottom one "comes alive" shortly before 10pm but will say things are unavailable. That's when you hit the choose store link and keep hitting the locate button over and over as 10pm passes and hope one turns green to "in stock" and that you can checkout fast enough before someone else buys it.
