Where has 4.3 gone?

their was a rumor just yesterday, iOS 4.3 seems to have been pushed back (possibly) to February 28th.

Are you expecting something exciting from iOS 4.3?

I think the next date it could be released will be the 28th case of the extension of a free subscription to The Daily.

Still have to wait for it to hit GM status, I thought that would have happened on Monday.. Today is Thursday if GM isn't released this week the public release may be pushed back to March...

Personal hotspot is about the only thing I am waiting for....depending on pricing and data amounts of course.

For me, 4.3 is a snooze fest. I'll settle right here with 4.2.1 and a jailbreak.

Barring any AT&T changes it's already established, AT&T just added 4gbs of data to the tethering package, It's $45 for the tethering package and you get 4gbs you can use between your phone and whatever you're tethering to...

If we get an ios update on march, does that mean that we wont see much difference on Iphone 5's ios. Because it is highly unlikely to see two upgrades happening in an interval of 3 - 4 months or do you guys think that 4.3 upgrade would be much of an upgrade only for the verizon iphone owners ??

If anything the 4.3 update is more for AT&T owners, Verizon iPhones already have the mobile hotspot feature, the 4.3 update will bring that to AT&T.. I'm sure 5.0 will have it's own easter eggs..

Apple may be waiting to announce it with iPad 2, perhaps so they can announce some iPad 2 only software features in the final version of 4.3, I don't know for sure, just a thought.

Even if it was never to be released, its not vaporware, because there are beta builds.
