Where has the iTunes buffering options gone?

I listen to a lot of internet radio, and with my shotty bandwidth I have here I was able to benefit greatly from increasing the buffering option that was in iTunes.

Now, as it seems with the 10.4 update... the option is no longer anywhere in the preferences. Anyone know what happened and if I can change it back?
