If you're already using the beta, it's as simple as opening the app store and looking under updates. If you're not already a part of the beta, you'll need to wait for the general release.

Once it's been installed it deletes itself iirc.

You can find where it is 'while it's downloading' by looking at the open files and ports of the App Store using activity monitor.
