I brought a 13' air (i7/8g/128g) 1 week ago, and there are two dead pixels on the screen. I dont think I can stand it.
There is no apple store near my city, however i find a bestbuy within 30KM. Can I return it there? Because I heard that the bestbuy also sell apple products or I have to send it back to apple use fedex?
Thx guys.

Set it up with Apple. Make arrangements with them by phone. They will set up an exchange for you. Everything is pretty much done for you by Apple.

Call Apple and tell them you want a prepaid return label, you print out the shipping label they email you and FedEx will ship it no cost to you

There might be an authorized repair store in your area. Go to the apple website and put in your zip when making an appointment. I know we have one apple store around me but two other mac stores provide service through apple's warranty.

If you bought it from Apple you have to return it to Apple especially since you have a custom configuration.
