Lot of feature apps like Sizeup, or totalfinder and these kind of apps need access to Universal Access in the accesibility preferences of OSX, but it seems that the location of these accesibility options have been moved...

Any solution to this?

Looking forward to be able to make 10.9 my main os, but it's just not there right now...

I know that, but where in accessibility. I think it's just not there...

You may've found it by now but for the benefit of anyone else wondering - look under the Privacy tab in 'Security & Privacy' and click on 'Accessibility', you'll be able to tick / untick apps there.
