Where is a good place to look for an iMac G3?

You could try Ebay? But posting it to your home might be expensive if my G4 Quicksilver, or my G4 imac 17" screen is anything to go by for weight! The older machines, can be updated to Leopard - but not past this system since Snow Leopard is 64bit, whilst Leopard and anything before (such as Jaguar) is 32bit. best of luck!
