Since the ipad mini has the same resolution as the ipad 1 and 2, those themes should work right.
I dont like cydia approach to the themes, its thousands of them, and takes a long time to get trough.
In my days (several years ago) people used winterboard and such.
Is there a better "app" for that now? and is there a place where themes gets rated etc so i can find a good one, and not go trough thousands of star wars themes
