Where is AirDrop? I see AirDrop in Settings but not in the Share menu?

Hi all
iMac 20" / A1224 / 2.66 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 6 GB with El Capitan 10.11.6 installed. I see AirDrop in settings but not in the Share menu when I right click on a file to try to send. Looking at the MacOS wikis, El Capitan is indeed compatible with AirDrop so wondering how I can enable this please? See photos
Also, I cannot see the iMac from other Apple devices. I have tried to troubleshoot - disabling / enabling Bluetooth/Wifi, etc. Any support appreciated
