Where is apple online store chat?

Hey all,

I seem to recall Apple adding a chat feature with a product specialist to their online store a while back (www.apple.com/store).

I can't find it. Is it there somewhere?

It's there. Try chaning an option, usually how I get it to appear. Like say go to a MBP, and add ram.
