“Where is Apple TV located?” Question

When I turned on my Apple TV, I encountered the question: “Where is the Apple TV located?” I chose bedroom, instead of master bedroom,
-Is there a way to change/fix this?
-What was the purpose of this question?

The location is used so that if you have multiple devices you know which is which. I have 2 ATVs, so when I want to control with my phone I know which it’s talking to.

You can change it in settings/AirPlay.
