Where is Autofill? iTunes 12.2.1.16

I am stuck completely. Not sure where to post this question. On the new iTunes 12.2.1.16 I cannot find how to autofill random music onto my iPhone.

The Apple support page is less than helpful it keeps telling me there is an autofill button which I cannot see?

Can anyone help I am going nuts here.
