Where Is Facebook Calendar Integration?

Silly question:

Just noticed that my Facebook calendar is not showing in Calendar on Mountain Lion. I already turned on Facebook integration and the only items integrated are my Contacts. Am I wrong in assuming that Facebook calendars are not yet integrated?

I am in the opposite camp. I see that all my Facebook birthday notifications are now displayed in my calendar. How can I turn that off, without shutting off FB integration all together?
