Where is Friends/Favorites on new Apple Watch OS 3.0?

In previous OS on the Apple Watch I was able to push the button below the digital crown and it was a shortcut for my Friends and from there I could draw or text, I don't see it after OS 3.0. Also in the watch app on my iPhone I don't see Friends or Favorites where you add contacts, anyone know where to manage your Friends/ Favorites and the shortcut on the watch to Draw?

Attached pics are previous OS, any idea how to find similar on 3.0 and also in the watch app in iOS10?

The removed the friends ring as hardly anyone used it.

I think now your options are going into messages or phone, or using Siri.

That's what I thought, so the quickest way there is in iMessage on the watch and then drawing?
