Where is "Icloud today!"

I understand most of it's coming "this fall", but didn't steve say some features, such as music cloud downloading available today? Are ANY icloud features available today?

Yep, there are some things available right now.

iTunes App: Go to the Purchased tab, then "Not on this iPhone"
App Store: Go to the Updates tab, you'll see the Purchased link.

the verizon iOS version doesn't support it until iOS 5, it's not like we're getting the whole of iCloud before Verizon tho.
