"If" that is accurate it probably wont show up til 7-8am PST from previous releases (at least if I'm remembering correctly).
There hasn't been a GM release yet to developers. There's no way it's being released today to public.

Exactly! There's going to be a whole lot of upset people on here today because with no GM version released yet the final version sure as heck isnt being released today...
Where'd you hear that. Apple usually keeps those release dates close to the vest, at least when it comes to updates.
If apple were to release it today, its only 4:38am PST, so give them time.

I think GM may be released today but it'll likely happen this week. I've been running b3 for two weeks now.

The only Major thing for the iP4 is the ability to use WiFi hotspot, correct?

This is what I'm waiting for. I can already use USB or Bluetooth... and I rarely use it any way, but it'd be a nice option!
Running 4.3 beta and have the Daily installed. I would get a nag screen saying that my subscription would expire shortly, however looking at todays download is says it will expire on 2/23. IMO this supports a GM release this week and general release next week.
There were reports that the subscription model wouldn't be tied to 4.3. I didn't really believe it. And because I don't read that wretched publication I wouldn't get that prompt.
But a GM release this week and public release next week is probably their timeline.
It isn't coming today if we haven't seen a GM yet. They could do what they did with iOS 4.0 and release a GM today and the public release Wednesday, but I doubt it.

Actually airplay in general in 4.2.1 has been a bit "spotty" at best so I hope 4.3 also includes some general improvements in airplay.
