Where is iP4 on Premier?

iPhone 4 is now supposed to be available for online ordering through AT&T. Why isn't it available on the Premier Store website? Why does AT&T Premier have to be 50 times more complicated than a regular account with everything?

It's available on premier now. I just checked through my wife's account. Shipping time is 7-10 days.

Do have a link or anything? When I go into the Premier store and click "All phones and devices" I don't even see any of the iPhones listed at all. Maybe I'm in the wrong place but I sure don't see it.
