AFAIK It deletes itself after the upgrade has taken place.

before the upgrade, it's in your applications folder, but I suspect it's a bit late to be telling you this now

so if i want to download it again i need to reformat and install OS X SL again and than download again the OS X Lion ?

Try going to the App store and clicking on purchased and see if you can click on install again? The MBP I'm on right now has SL, so I can download it again, but I'm not sure if the MBP with Lion on it will let me do that.

Download it again... but make sure you click on the alt key and Purchase button at the same time.
