Where is Messages in the Cloud?

There used to be a setting under the iCloud tab to enable Messages in the Cloud. In iOS 12 it seems to be gone.

Still there and working for me.

Thanks. I found it in a different place than I had remembered.

However, it's not syncing all my messages to my Mac. Nothing new there, though. It hasn't ever worked properly for me 100% of the time.
