Where is mobile hotspot

I have the new iPhone 6 running 8.0.2. Are there any work around getting hotspot for free yet, and where the hell is the option to create one in the first place. My service is with sprint if that makes a difference

Only when there's a jb available you will be able to get it for free.

No workaround at this time. You can find it in Settings, Cellular, Set up personal hotspot. The workaround used to carry, but it changed with 8

You need to have hotspot added to your Sprint account to have that feature show up. Once you pay for hotspot, Sprint will zip a little update over to your phone and it will show up. It's like magic!

No free options until jailbreak, unless someone gets an app slipped into the App Store with a hidden feature but don't hold your breath on that one.
