Ok about two months ago i bought an 20inch intel Imac from the apple store (brick and mortar) that had been returned. And it has been working perfect since. Today i needed the install dvd disc 1 and i opened the little package the dvd's are in.. And i have 2 disc two's... Now i know i didnt lose it because i never opened it. How can i correct this? Call Apple and beg(complain?) or go into the store? they could say its my fault for waiting so long to inspect everything was intact or even as is..
