iPod touch Where is my ipod?

ok, so on the first day that the new ipod came out, i called apple and they agreed to replace my old one due to a battery issue. they would send me the shipping label through my email. i printed them out, put my ipod in a box, and shipped it out through fedex(that was what site i found the shipping labels). i tracked it and it arrived on the 18th. i have been waiting and waiting and still no ipod. i keep calling and they only say that they will send it out when they scan my incoming package. i try to check my order status and it says overnight shipping, but always says not yet shipped. when will my ipod come?

P.S. i am on the east coast.

does any one know when i will gte my ipod? will i get it through DHL or Fedex? will i have to sign for it?

What you need to do is get yourself one of those Magic 8 balls.
Ask your question out loud, tilt it until an answer pops up.
"Reply hazy, try again later."

And then try later.
"Concentrate and ask again."

You concentrate REALLY really hard.
"Better not tell you now."

And if you call Apple, they will tell you the same thing.
"Cannot predict now."

Just hold the home button and the sleep/wake button until the silver apple logo appears. wait and it should be fine.

The best we can say is that you won't get it until the order status changes to 'shipped'.
