Where is my Ken Burns???

I want to apply the Ken Burns effect to a few photos that I have placed in an iMovieHD project. For some reason, I can't seem to find the effect anywhere? Any suggestions? I have to have this to a client by Tuesday night. Thanks for any suggestions.

When I do that, the only thing I get is the "preview" bar and an "X" and a check mark. Where do I go from here? I feel like a moron but I can't seem to figure out what's missing.

This should pop up.. If not it may be behind a window somewhere.

If you check Help in IMovie you will see "(Note: The Photo Settings window opens when you select the photo.)" You must select the photo you want to add Ken Burns to first, then click on "Show Photo Settings"
