Where is "resume app"

Maybe I am blind and dumb, but where is the resume app located on comp. Or in system ?

It a core aspect of the OS, so its not an individual app. Settings can be found within System Preference > General.

misterme--I really don't know what I wanted to do with it, except get familiar w/ it and learn the lion system.
