Where is the Alert Tab in Messages? How to mute the sounds?

Hi Guys,
I loved the mavericks, but i would like to know how mute all the sound coming from Messages. Before, I did all the mute things in Alerts Tab, but now I can't find.
Someone found a way already?

Are you referring to the new messages alert sounds? Think it's in Notification.prefpane but I'm not that sure

Yes, but where can you make the same configurations that we have like here?

I have many noise sound every minute, and I would like to mute all.

Then un-tick this: (attachment)

" Émettre *** " means "emit a sound for notifications"

There's a single setting for them now. General -> play sound effects.

I think it's pretty terrible this went away though.

Why did Apple remove this?

I really don't understand Apple some times. Why would they want to either get sound notifications or don't get sound notifications? Nothing in the middle, really?
