Where is the back-up file of Iphone?

Hi,

I would like to ask where is the back-up file of Iphone ?
I back-up by using my MacBook Pro.
My mum wish to back up her contacts and photos.
But im not the Iphone user and its my first time back up it through iTunes.
Is everything have been backed up?

The back-ups are located here:

~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

Contacts and Photos are included in that back up
