Where is the backup/contact list stored on a Windows Computer?

Where is the contact list/Iphone backup stored on a Windows computer? I had a virus on it, and reinstalled Windows, and didn't lose any data, except that most of my programs don't really work. I need the actual backup/contact list file to import to my reinstall Itunes.... Where would I find this?
