A few weeks ago, I remember seeing a thread on here that recommended Macmall's deal. I couldn't seem to track that down (where you get a pretty nice discount and a bunch of free stuff, all while saving on tax).
If not there, where is the best place to go aside from just getting the Apple $200 discount and gift card directly from them?
