iPad mini Where is the bookmark bar?

When you create a bookmark you need to tell it where you want it displayed. Pull up your bookmark in Safari and press the EDIT button. That's where you'll see where the bookmark is categorized to. ;)

Aha...I've owned an iPad before, but you wouldn't know it given my noobish problems today :) thanks
