In the entire world in every corner of every country that is having the iPhone released on July 11th, where can I buy the cheapest 3G iPhone WITHOUT A CONTRACT

pay-as-you-go iPhones work to..

I'm curious what others know and have to say about this

any ideas?

O2 here in the UK are offering the cheapest deals on PAYG.

Unfortunately, as an e-mail from Carphone Warehouse (an O2 partner) has just highlighted,
iPhone 3G will NOT be available on PAYG at launch.

This is not to say that O2 will not have the iPhone 3G on PAYG at launch.

but that's pretty much moot...untill someone comes up with a crack for it.

Unless, of course, you want to use it...minus all the stuff everyone else is purchasing it for.

just wondering where the cheapest I can purchase an iPhone disregarding any locks to carriers or plans that come with it, I know here in the US they're $600 and $700 for unsubsidized phones but I was wondering what my other alternatives are...
