where is the file after download it? what folder?

the installer ends up Applications

Right-click the Mavericks app in Applications (you haven't installed it yet, right?) and select to show package contents. It's in there, in one of those folders but I can't recall which. I pulled a copy out so I can make a reinstall flash drive once I'm SURE I don't want ML anymore (overwriting the ML drive I built last year).
