Where is the Folder?

When I select web share on my Mac mini, I got two URL as belew:

for user
http://192.168.1.32/~user

for Mac mini
http://192.168.1.32

I know the folder of user, but I don't know the folder of below URL, where can I find that folder?

Define what you mean by share? OSX has drop boxes. You can also setup shared folders.
