Where is the iCloud Drive app?

On Apples homepage I see different folders, PDFs, .pages, .numbers and other files on a IPhone and iPad.

I have dragged a lot of folder with different content to my iCloud Drive in Yosemite.

I can see and work with them on icloud.com but not on my iOS devices.

Something to come later with Yosemite official release?

It is the new document picker. There is no app. When you want to import a document, or make a new one, this comes up.

This has been asked many times before.
