Where is the new Printshop?

I'm trying to find a discounted price for the new Printshop for Mac version 2. (For OSX), which I think came out in December. Apple Store has it and Mackiev (the manufacturer, I believe) has it, both at list price ($59.95).
But neither Amazon, MacMall, MacConnection, J and R, or anyone else has it. Does anyone know why?

Um, because they just don't. Its like going to best buy and asking why they don't have the Pioneer dual-layer 345 burner for sale. Not everyone cares everything. If you want to find it cheap, use www.froogle.com

Thanks. I was using pricegrabber and had never used froogle before. Froogle came up with only one other vendor, but it was $5 cheaper. I still don't understand why such a highly rated program is sold by so few vendors, but anyway, thanks for the tip.
