Had a jpeg in "downloads". Clicked on "File", selected "Move to" and selected "pictures". Now I can't find the file. Where is it?

Where is the "picture" file?

It is not a 'File" but a Folder named "Pictures" listed under your user name.
My Hard drive/Users/xxxxx/Pictures
where "xxxxx" equals your username.
