Where is the pre-sign for package button/link?

I ijust bought a new Apple Watch and wanted to pre-sign for the package (in case they want to deliver but I am out back or something). The order confirmation says there is a link on the order confirmation but I can't find it anywhere. Where is It/ I have tried on /Chrome and on IE, no luck. Thanks,
