Where is the SEND button in Mail??

This must be something I am overlooking but I cannot find the "send" button in Mail. Where is it???? Do I always have to hit, "Message" then Send?

I would think there is a button for this. Please show me where.

Open a new message window, then do View->Customize Toolbar and add the send button.

Thanks! I actually had that little minimize the upper part of the window button hit so I couldn't see anything. When I hit that, it expanded the whole top of the window and there was the send button and many others!
