I think i'm in the right place but I still don't see any services folder, I'm running mountain lion and from finder, I go to "Go" , hold down the alt key, select library.. but all I see are "Safari, Saved application state, screen savers, sounds, spelling, etc.." in that order, no "services"

Its in /HD/System/Library/Services
Theres another one in /HD/Library/Services
Not sure which one you want to access.
You are in the users library which is the wrong one.
 
when I "right" click on a file, I can see "Services" at the bottom of the contextual menu . Where is that "Services" folder ?
