I just purchased a Macbook Air and love the computer. I did a search today for external hard drives that would take advantage of the thunderbolt connector. Only found a drive from Lacie that is supposed to ship this "summer".

What is going on with all of the thunderbolt peripherals? It seems like a technology winner yet there is a lack of devices that support it even though it has been available since February. I hope it is widely adopted but the fact that it has taken products so long to get to market has me wondering.

What do you think?

Hope to see some competitively price 1TB or 2TB 2.5" external HDD WITH ThunderBolt
