According to rumors and news sources, about half of the new 2025 iPhones sold in the USA will be assembled in China and half will be assembled in India.

So which one did you get? Did you get your phone from Apple, a carrier, a third party retailer?

Just wondering what kind of trends we might find.
 
It would be interesting to track where each phone was purchased too: Apple Online, Apple In-Store, Mobile Carrier, 3rd Party Retail etc.

My 17 Pro came from China and was ordered purchased from AT&T online.

How is anyone to know?

Where your phone is assembled will be:

1) printed on the back of your box.

2) engraved on the inside of the USB-C port.

It is definitely easiest to read the back of the box, but with good lighting the engraved USB-C port is legible:
