where my short cut go

well the other day i was playing with my prefrences and a bit later i tried my i tune and my F7,F8 and F9 keys didn't work does andy one know how to get these back

Are you using an older Apple Keyboard? If you are, and you mean the shortcuts for Expose, Dashboard, etc - these are set in System Preferences. Expose and Dashboard share a preference pane, where you can set keyboard shortcuts used to activate them.
