Where the heck are my previous purchased Cydia apps and SBSettings???

I jailbroke my iPhone just now and I sign in to my Cydia under "manage account" I can sign in and it shows my previous purchases (shrink, fullscreen for safari, displayout, etc) and when I click on one to install it Cydia tells me:

Note: Cannot Locate Package
"The package com.yllier.fullscreensafari cannot be found in your current sources"

So I look under sections and theres only 24 things total in Cydia?! WTF?

I can't even find SBSettings in there which has never happened to me.

Right now my sources are:
- apt.modmyi.com
- apt.thebigboss.org
- cydia.zodttd.com
- repo666.ultrasnow.com
- apt.saurik.com

I would think at the very least that the BigBoss repo would have a ton of things in it(more than 24 for sure)... what am I doing wrong?

Had the same issue, but its because you don't have all the sources you need. Add these:
http://ihacksrepo.com/
http://repo.insanelyi.com/
http://repo.i4iphones.info/
http://sinfuliphonerepo.com/
http://david.ashman.com/beta/
http://cydia.bitesms.com/
