Where to buy 3gb RAM?

Does anyone know where I can purchase RAM to upgrade my MBP C2D to 3GB? It seems Crucial and Kingston only sell 2GB (2 x 1GB) upgrades.

Apple sells 2GB sticks, but they cost 350 bucks.

I looked at the Apple Store and the 2GB upgrade I see is 2 x 1GB too. Am I looking in the wrong place?
